selfish cake is awesome. that's the name jake has given it. it's an angel food cake mix and any other flavor cake mix mixed together (just the dry mixes, no other ingredients) 1/3 cup of that and 3 tablespoons water. put it all in a mug or bowl if you're making a double recipe, mix it well, and put it in the microwave for 1 minute, or 1:20 for a double, and dump it upside down on a plate and there you have selfish cake! it's so delicious and each one is only one weight watchers point! that's why i make the double batch. and i just really like cake.

ReplyDeleteoh yeah. you must. i have a big glass jar on the counter with my mix in it. i get a new flavor every time. haven't been disappointed yet!
